Helping an Organization Navigate Change Through the Power of Music
The Challenge
A large nonprofit organization invited Karlton to deliver the opening keynote for its annual retreat during a period of significant organizational change.
As the organization reflected on the previous year and prepared for the year ahead, it was also navigating budget constraints, workforce reductions, and the uncertainty that often accompanies change. The goal was to create an experience that acknowledged those realities while inspiring the team to move forward with optimism, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.
After discovering Karlton's book, The Soundtrack of Leadership, one of the organization's leaders was inspired to use music as the theme for the retreat and invited Karlton to develop a keynote built around that concept.
