1. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will become effective when the revised Terms of Use are posted on the Site, unless otherwise stated.
The “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. SITE HOST AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our collection, use, disclosure, and protection of personal information obtained through the Site, our contact form, or our scheduling process is described in our Privacy Policy.
Wix, HighLevel, and any other third-party service providers we use maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices. We encourage you to review their applicable policies when interacting with their services.
3. LEGAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
Mattertree is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing on the Site, nor any communication with Karlton Butts or individuals at Mattertree relating to the Site or its content, constitutes legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship.
The Site provides general information regarding Karlton Butts, Mattertree, their services, perspectives, publications, speaking engagements, programs, and other professional activities. 4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
Mattertree makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, regarding the Site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or security.
Although we endeavor to provide useful and accurate information, we do not warrant that the Site or its content will be complete, current, error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. Accordingly, some of these exclusions may not apply to you.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MATTERTREE, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND REPRESENTATIVES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT.
This limitation includes, without limitation, damages arising from loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data, or from third-party websites, services, platforms, content, or technologies accessed through or in connection with the Site.
Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
